Booking & Check-In

How do I book my stay?
You can book directly on our website (ma-ax.com) or through direct contact with our team. Booking directly gives you the best rates and priority on special requests.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available depending on occupancy.

Is a deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit is required upon booking. It is fully refundable within 72 hours after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival receive a full refund. For later cancellations, partial refunds may apply depending on booking platform terms.
